With Tesla rolling out shipments of their new Model 3, people are beginning to wonder when we're going to see some better trims. People want fast cars, cars for the snow, weekend drivers, and everyday commuters. According to Elon Musk, we wont be seeing any new versions until the middle of next year.

He said that they are currently in "Model 3 production hell," and until they're able to get out of it, they don't want to make any more versions. By creating more versions, they dig themselves a deeper hole and they would rather hold off. The only other version that is currently available for the Model 3 that isn't standard would be the Long Range Trim.

I did an article about some of the key information regarding the Long Range version, which is quite an upgrade already from the standard Model 3. I'm excited to see what Musk is going to be throwing at us next year, but until then, let's just get all the Model 3 vehicles on the road first.
