The new Tesla Model X might be your key to surviving in a post-apocalyptic world. While that may sound a little farfetched, there’s actually some pretty decent proof that this statement is factual. For starters, the car’s air filtration system can get rid of common air particles and pollution. This can come in handy when you’re stuck in traffic during a holiday weekend, or when the air outside becomes too dangerous to breathe in for long periods of time.
The car also comes with Flacon winged doors, allowing you to open and exit the vehicle in very tight spaces. The doors come fully equipped with sensors that can detect any objects in their way, and might give you access to a speedy escape incase the zombies get a jump on you.
As for the obvious, the car runs completely off of electric power. That way when the Earth’s gasoline levels start to rapidly deplete, your car has no worries. While your neighbors struggle to siphon gas from abandoned cars on the side of the road, you can zoom past them while blasting It’s The End Of The World by R.E.M. and even get software updates for your car while on the fly.
Don’t forget the four-wheel-drive capability of the Tesla Model X, which will help you get around (or over) most obstacles in your way. Finally, the car has pedestrian (or zombie) detection sensors, emergency braking, and autonomous driving. You could hop out of the car, draw the zombies in a different direction, then simply call the car back to you and jump back in on the fly. The Tesla Model X makes the zombie apocalypse sound like a walk in the park, so if any signs start showing I’ll be heading right to the dealership.
