What happens when you give a Mercedes-AMG GT S to IMSA Gmbh? An 848bhp and 738lb ft supercar called the ‘RXR One Super Gran Turismo’.

It took more than just a 4.0-litre bi-turbo V8 to achieve this vehicle. Some new changes include forged pistons, uprated intake and intercooler, and new turbos. For better traction, its tires have been swapped out for 315-section rear tires, and 305mm wide front tires.

Draped in a carbon fiber body, and a somewhat obnoxious read wing, the RXR One Super GT is a rather light ride. Scaling at under 2866 lbs, making it about 660 lbs lighter than the standard car, while still adding around 300bhp to its power. Good thing there's a roll cage installed.

With the punch it's packing under the hood, the light body, and the roll cage, this car doesn't look like something designed for the road. For some reason, the RXR One Super Gran Turismo is a street legal car anyway. It's unclear why they would make an effort to keep it that way, and what kind of changes were scrapped for the sake of driving this ride to the pub.
