Behold the Q50 Eau Rouge Concept which is basically a super souped up Q50 production model car! At the recent 2014 Detroit Auto Show, Infiniti President said "At this point, Eau Rouge is a vision…but it endeavors to answer the question, 'Can we be a leading aspirational premium brand without a performance product?' And of course the answer has to be, 'no.' Performance is an essential part of who we are. Now does this mean we are going to put this concept into production? I absolutely insist."
He said that their goal is to get the car up over the 600lb ft of torque mark and somewhere in the 500hp range which means they could slap on the same drivetrain and setup that the GTR has or they could attempt to throw in one of the stronger V8 engines in their lineup. The car is definatly sleak and racing inspired and I'm sure they will put a heafty price tag on it if and when it does debut. The only issue is this car will probably weigh a ton! What are your thoughts?
