Heads up Porsche lovers, Petersen Automotive Museum has a new exhibit dedicated to the vehicle line, known as The Porsche Effect, opening February 3 in Los Angeles, California.

Through a partnership with Porsche Cars North America, the Museum has collected 50 different sports cars in what may be the best display of Porsche vehicles in the US. Peter Mullin, Petersen chairman, made the following statement.

"Over a year in the making, 'The Porsche Effect' will capture the innovative and iconic spirit of Porsche, showcasing the marque's many contributions to automotive engineering and the motorsports world. We are thrilled to share this incredible history with the public in an experience that both passionate enthusiasts and casual fans will surely appreciate and enjoy."

The exhibition will feature more than just vehicles. There you can see artifacts and historical documents, and even partake in a Porsche-dedicated vault tour.

The museum has been given an exclusive loan from The Porsche Museum, allowing them to feature such rare vehicles as the 4-door prototype, the 928 H50 study. Other vehicles you can expect to see are as follows.
