For the first time, we actually can see the new McLaren 720S GT3.

The McLaren 720S is an impressive vehicle in its own right. But the GT3 is the 2019 competitive racing variation, and it comes with all the power that implies. We first heard about the vehicle last November, but this is the official reveal.

The McLaren 720S GT3 is currently undergoing track testing and they plan to send it to international circuits before the end of the year. The GT3 has been subjected to a number of tests, including 36-hour durability trials, racking up a total of 18,500 miles in testing experience.

The GT3 will feature a race-ready version of the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine. The body covered in the carbon-fiber MonoCage II monocoque. Controlling power is a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic with a six-speed sequential gearbox.

Do you want one yourself? They're being assembled in the Woking, Surrey, U.K. headquarters for the low, low price of $564,000.
