"The 2 back wheels are hooked up to the generator, thus generating more electricity"
A car insurance comparison company based in Wales, GoCompare, has sent a call to action to various London schools, asking the children to design the "automobile of the future." Certain winners would have their drawings recreated by a professional illustrator.
Andrew Campion, a spokesperson for Go Compare, had this to say.
“There is lots of cute, fluffy, and robot-based designs. however there are also lots of eco-friendly designs and features which is interesting. In terms of alternative fuel sources, the children suggested everything from hydroelectricity, solar power and even (perhaps expectedly) chocolate!”
Sifting through the varies creations, you will find just that! While many designs are green energy, the science behind them might now be as sound. That sounds like an R&D problem, to me. I had a hard time choosing a favorite, right now I'm leaning towards the Mega Alset, a vehicle capable of swimming, flying, and driving, is water powered, and even has a shark fin to more easily drift in the water. What's your favorite?
