The crown of Nissan, the GT-R has was seen running laps on Nürburgring, a 2018 Nissan GT-R Nismo to be specific. While it doesn't appear to be anything out of standard, closer inspection brought attention to some interesting differences.
Camo gear can be seen on the front fenders near the tires. It is currently unknown what this is hiding. The brake calipers also appear to have a temperature sensitive sticker on them. This implies that a new brake package will be part of the upcoming 2018 model.
Nismo is a fairly new model of the GT-R, the last one appearing only 2 years prior. So the changes taking place for the next years model are sure to make a worthwhile distinction from the previous. Little else is known about the 2018 Nissan GT-R Nismo, though with the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show coming up, we are sure to hear more about it.
