For some stupid reason, people always leave stuff in their cars. I do not now, nor will I ever, understand why a person would leave a child or animal in a car. If you will only be gone for a short amount of time, either bring the animal/child with you or do not leave home with it. It is absolutely unbelievable to me how stupid, inconsiderate, or just plain negligent the human race can be sometimes.

This 2-month-old pit bull puppy mix was just rescued by police in a car that was 133 degrees. She was immediately taken to the Riverside County Department of Animal Services for veterinary care. The dog was suffering from dehydration and was later placed in front of a fan to help her cool off. I'm a huge dog-lover and stories like this just break my heart. You can see the video of the little pup down below. She is fully recovered and back to her normal self.
