Pininfarina has quickly risen through the ranks for their vehicle production prowess. And there are few things more impressive than their most recent portfolio announcement, the PF0 hypercar with 1,900 horsepower.

The vehicle specs were announced on Tuesday, also boasting 1,697 torque per square foot. Fully electric, the power comes from four electric motors, placed at each wheel. The powertrain was developed alongside Rimac, the same company that developed the C_Two supercar pushing 1,700 horsepower.

According to Pininfarina, the hypercar can reach 0 to 60 miles per hour in less than two seconds. While official top speeds are unclaimed, estimations rest over the 250 mph mark.

Given the immense power an electric hypercar has, you can expect even a fast charger to take 40 minutes to charge 80 percent. The car has a reported battery about 25 percent larger than that of a Tesla Model S. The company estimates a 300-mile range, but this can be extended with high-speed travel.

Before making incredible cars of their own Pininfarina worked as a design house and coachbuilder. That side of the business is still in operation, with an estimated $22.5 million being invested in the design house specifically for the PF0.
