To be frank, I shouldn't have to wait until February to have my newsfeed filled with bizarre snowmobile modifications. Fortunately, What few winter ready rides I have seen have been fairly interesting. This time it's a Nissan 370Z.

We previously reported on Nissan's teaser for a 370Zki, a winter sports variant of the popular vehicle model. Now we get to see it in its full glory.

The Nissan 370Zki, most notably, has snow tracks instead of rear tires. This pair nicely with the 4 foot long skis in place of the front tires. Since cars don't usually have treads, the entire drivetrain had to be modified in order to work properly. Fortunately, this does not take away from the vehicle's 332 hp thanks to its 3.7-liter V-6 engine.

The 370Z received a custom lift kit, which makes sense. This raises it about 3 inches. While the brakes are the same, there have been a number of changes to the brake line, the exhaust system, and the rear wheel wells.

When describing the various changes made to the 370Zki, the natural response will be "well duh, there are treads on this car." I know mine was.
