Mil-Spec has been going hard lately in their newfound restomodding endeavors, specifically with the Hummer H1. The tuner has unveiled their latest creation, the Baja Beast.
The vehicle's formal name is the Hummer Launch Edition #004. As the name implies, this is the fourth restomodded Hummer by Mil-Spec. But this time, it's intended to recall the original.
At its base, it's a standard four-door hardtop pickup. Prior Launch Edition models had a slant back design and a four-door hardtop. Under the hood lies a 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel pushing 500 horsepower and 1,000 pound-feet of torque.
The exterior is coated in a Desert Tan paint scheme while the interior has duck canvas and black leather. The track width has been expanded by a solid eight inches with the body widtch extending seven inches. It comes with options like a 12,000 pounds winch package as well as a heavy duty brush guard and rear-step bumper.
At the cheapest, you can get your hands on a Launch Edition #004 for $250,478. If you want every bell and whistle available, it'll cost an extra $31,979.
