On May 3rd, an auto auction in Massachusetts took a horrible turn when a driver in a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee drove through the side of the auction house. With hundreds of people inside, the Jeep accelerated through the wall, leaving 3 dead and 6 hospitalized. One person in the hospital has life-threatening conditions and is being held in the intensive care unit.

This horrible crash is being ruled as an accident by police. People first believed that this could have been a potential terrorist attack, but those rumors have been silenced. Massachusetts State Police have stated, "At this point, there is no evidence or information to suggest the incident was caused by an intentional or terrorist act. All evidence and information at this time suggest an accidental cause."

The incident is currently being investigated by the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, the Billerica Police Department, and the Massachusetts State Police CARS unit.
