Lanzante made quite a stir when they built a modern successor to the McLaren F1 LM. Now the UK based engineering company has their hands on another F1: the F1 GT Longtail.
The basis of its modification is similar to their previous McLaren P1 GTR, while its coat of paint is based on the same green used by the original F1 GT Longtail prototype.
Not much has been revealed regarding the vehicle's official specs, unfortunately. We're expecting the same powertrain as a standard P1 GTR, a hybrid 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 with an electric motor pushing about 986 horsepower. This should indicate a 0-60 mph time around 2.5 seconds and a top speed somewhere above 217 mph.
Odds are the vehicle will debut at the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed on July 12 is likely. Stay tuned.
