Do you remember The Jaguar Electric E-Type Zero concept shown off last year? Due to popular demand, the vehicle is coming back for production.

The automaker announced last Thursday that the electric E-Type will be entering production, shortly before announcing a second electric E-Type concept. It features a 40-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery and 295-horsepower electric motor.

Instead of being built from the ground up, this model will be a conversion of an existing E-Type. Jaguar Land Rover Classic is handling production, and they're expecting to fulfill orders and deliveries in mid-2020. Much of the build will come from the Jaguar's I-Pace electric SUV Actual specs are unknown at this time, but we can estimate a range of 170 miles because of the vehicles lower weight and aerodynamic design.

If you really don't want an electric, Jaguar Land Rover Classic is also offering restored E-Type vehicles. All of them are Series 1 E-Types priced at $355,000, though only 10 examples are planned.
