Just because you don't own a baked goods delivery service doesn't mean you can serve up some donuts in your car. This Idaho resident has done exactly that in front of the local courthouse.
37-year-old Jonathan Joseph Locksmith was found driving his Honda Accord onto the Boise courthouse plaza and performing a number of donuts before eventually crashing into a fountain structure. Locksmith reportedly stated prior that he wished to return to jail. This is certainly one way to go about achieving that goal.
Locksmith has now been charged with a misdemeanor for reckless driving and is currently residing in the Ada County jail. The man has a separate charge for battery back in September that was to go on pretrial a week from now, though it's uncertain if this was part of his decisions.
Fortunately, no one was harmed in the incident. With the exception of the fountain.
