When you have a Ferrari 328 GTS, it's a thing to treasure. Unless you're RM Sotheby's, then you morph it into something far more bizarre.
Introducing the Conciso. This oddly shaped vehicle is the product of German designer Bernd Michalak. It's more than an artistic body, its a lighter one as well. The Conciso is made entirely of aluminum, reducing its weight by 30 percent. You might also notice a lack of doors. There's no room for doors in Michalak's grand designs! Drivers have to jump in. Don't worry, the lack of a roof will make that a fairly easy task. Do be careful, the windshield is frameless for that sleek look and increased destructibility.
Keeping up with the abnormal yet minimalist design, the "cabin" has little to be seen. The gauges are a touch backward, with the speedometer and tachometer offset to the right, and the oil temperature and fuel level in center view.
Under the hood (yes, it has a hood at least) stays traditional, with a 3.2-liter V-8 engine resting comfortably inside. This gives the Conciso can push an expected 270 horsepower from its 5-speed manual transmission. Considering the weight loss, we can expect the Conciso to beat the standard 328 GTS' record of 0-60 mph in 5.9 seconds.
RM Sotheby only intends to make this one model, with no word on the pricing. The rarity alone will make it rather valuable. Though I can't imagine it'll be driven much.
