Choosing the right color for your latest ride is the hardest decision for many car enthusiasts. Right in time for the Saint Patrick's Day excitement, Ford has announced a new color option for the 2019 Ford Mustang, Need for Green.

Brighter than you'd expect, this green coat of paint will surely catch people's eyes. So if you're looking for something a little more under the radar, perhaps this option isn't for you. The new color option will be available as part of the summer 2019 lineup. It can also be combined with other available factory graphics packages for an extra layer of customization.

This announcement comes alongside a tease for the Mustang Shelby GT500. Little is known about the 2020 vehicle, aside from its 700+ horsepower. No word on whether the Need for Green color option will be available for this model as well. We sure hope so.

Green being my personal favorite color, this news has me nothing short of delighted.
