To keep up with the changing times, Buick is making some modifications to their 2019 Buick Envision. The new model is shifting closer to the style of their other models, such as the Encore.

In the 2 years since the Envisions launch, it became the automaker's 3rd best seller. The only others to best it are the Encore and the Enclave, both crossover vehicles. In 2017, a total 41,040 Envisions were sold in the U.S. market. Now they're hoping to make the vehicle their #1 with some new changes to the front and rear.

The crossover will receive Buick's signature waterfall grille with a winged Buick emblem and LED headlights. The biggest change is cosmetic, however. The rear body has been resculpted to be less rounded, with changes happening to the taillights, hatch, and exhausts as well.

The 2019 model is due to showrooms in April, so we can expect more details (and a release) relatively soon. So, for now, we'll have to estimate details based on the 2018 model. This year had a starting price of $35,000, with a number of trim options. It sported a standard 2.0-liter turbo engine with 252 hp and 260 pound-feet of torque, with some trim options opting for the 2.5-liter direct-injected engine with 197 hp and 192 pound-feet of torque, instead.
