Rumors flying around have stated that there will be three different engine models. A turbo 1.6 liter engine (from the Juke) in the base model, a high power turbo 2.0 liter (finally!), and an all-new hybrid model. We've received conflicting reports on if the v6 will stick around or not which of course saddens us a bit.
It seems Nissan is feeling the pressure of Hyundai and their rival Genesis which also sports a lower end turbo charged model. Although there's no word on if there will be differing drive trains but our bet is that they will stick to the front wheel drive variety.
