Yenko, with the help of Specialty Vehicle Engineering, has been having a blast with modified cars as of late, and their most recent creation has heads turning. It's the Yenko/SC Stage II Corvette.

SVE has a history with powerful Corvettes. They've made some incredibly Cameros and Silverados as well. But the Yenko/SC Stage II, and its 1,000 horsepower, might be the biggest of the bunch.

This beast began as a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport with a 6.2-liter V-8 engine. First, the engine is stoked to displace 6.8 liters. Then a 2.9-liter supercharger is installed alongside a modified set of cylinder heads with LT4 V8 components. They also forge the internals, install a new fuel and exhaust system, and expand the throttle body.

The vehicle is then coated in luxuries, such as Magnetic Ride Control, performance calibrated stabilizer bars, limited slip differential, and a dry sump oil system. Of course, the Yenko brand is solidified in the form of stripes and a badge.

Like with any machine of power, it'll cost a pretty penny. A Yenko/SC Stage II Corvette equipped with a seven-speed manual transmission will cost around $69,000 while the eight-speed automatic costs around $78,000. This is just the cost of modification; you'll need to provide your own Corvette Grand Sport. Orders can be placed through any SVE partnered Chevrolet dealership.
