When it comes to motorcycles, there's a certain social stigma to its style. Often times, folks are uneasy about investing in alternative options like electrics due to the "uncool" design. Curtiss wants to help end this mindset by producing an electric motorcycle that is just as powerful as any Harley, while still looking just as tough.

Introducing the Zeuss Radial V8 motorcycle. Despite the name, it's a fully electric vehicle. With 217 horsepower and 147 pound-feet of torque, it could compete with most combustion engines. But since its electric, all of that torque is instantaneous.

Developed in coordination with British designers YASA, the Zeuss Radial V8 is designed in the style of a 1913 bike that Glenn Curtiss himself used to ride. This can be seen most clearly in the eight different batteries, positioned in a manner similar to the eight strokes of an engine. The unique shape does more than look cool. It also provides tremendous cooling efficiency.

The motorcycle is still in development, but Curtiss aims to begin production sometime next year. Expect a price tag of $75,000. A luxury price for a luxury motorcycle.
