Over at Fox Business Network, Jeff Flock was able to get a very up-close and personal look at Nissan’s newest idea for the GT-R. Equipped with sirens, a speaker, and a whole lot of horsepower, the Nissan GT-R might be joining the police force very soon. While the car has not been purchased by any police force and doesn’t even have a price tag yet, Nissan just wanted to give the world a little peek at what they could create.

Before the car is unveiled at the 2017 New York Auto Show, Jeff Flock was able to check it out, hop in the driver’s seat and even take the car for a test drive in New York City’s Central Park. The car comes with the GT-R 565-horsepower 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine and should be able to catch just about anything on the road.

The only issue with this is that after you catch the car, there’s not much else you can do. The GT-R is a two-door coupe, so unless you want to adjust your seat and shove the criminal in the back you’ll probably be waiting for backup to arrive. It would be absolutely incredible to see these all over the streets and if they do end up getting purchased I might have to start thinking about being a police officer.
