Evidence of Porsche's environmental efforts can be seen with their recent work towards hybrid and electric cars. If that doesn't convince you, then perhaps their bees will.

That's right, bees. the buzzy little yellow bugs that fly around, making honey and stinging intruders. You may have noticed that the bee populations have been pretty rough lately. They've become endangered in some places, and their presence is essential to the local crops and flowers. All the bees are dying, and its a big deal.

Porsche have been doing what they can to help resolve this sticky-sweet situation. Porsche have begun a number of operations in Leipzig, Germany to help combat environmental issues. This includes a wildlife protection zone. There are 25 honey producing bee colonies established in this zone. These bees help pollinate the plant life of the area, and in turn the wildlife that thrives on it.

Exmoor ponies inhabit this sanctuary, alongside the Auroch, a rare, once extinct kind of cow. These rare animals are only a few of the numerous creatures that live in peace in this land.
