The Ford F-150 Raptor is a fantastic truck, and it's only getting better in the year 2019. The latest model features a number of off-road improvements.

One major upgrade is a new Trail Control feature for off-roading. This system will dynamically adjust the power in each individual wheel when going over challenging terrain to ensure that the Raptor can smoothly climb over just about anything in its path. It can also be used to help the vehicle escape sand, snow, and mud traps by focusing power on the free wheels. Trail Control can operate up to 20 miles per hour as a form of cruise control. The speed is set and controlled by the driver.

The Raptor will be the first vehicle to feature this new system, with future models receiving support.

In terms of style, the 2019 Raptor will have an expanded color palette, recardo seats, and a new wheel design capable of beadlocking. Underneath all that are electronically controlled Fox shock absorber, which dynamically adjusts damping to best suit the environment.

The powertrain doesn't change from before, so expect the 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 pushing 450 horsepower. It'll be paired with a 10-speed automatic. If we compare everything to the 2018 model's original price, we can expect a price tag of around $55,000.
