It was only four years ago when Honda blessed us with the world's fastest lawn mower. Named the Mean Mower, it holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest speed reached by a lawn mower. Yet that isn't enough for this mower maker. Honda is back with the Mean Mower Mk2.

The apparently diverse manufacturer unveiled the Mean Mower Mk2 in a recent YouTube Video (viewable above). The premier feature is its 1-liter engine, which was borrowed from a CBR1000RR Fireblade motorcycle. This allows the grass chopping machine to push around 192 horsepower.

According to Honda, the Mk2 is expected to achieve a top speed of 134 mph, about 18 mph more than the original Mean Mower. They only need it to beat 116.57 mph in order to reach a new Guinness World Record. No further details were given about the Mk2. But if the first model could reach 60 mph in 4.0 seconds, then the Mk2 should be able to beat that as well.

The first time, 2012 British Touring Car Championship winner Gordon Shedden was behind the wheel. This time, racing driver Jessica Hawkins will be the one to break the record. She is best known for her work on The Fast and The Furious.
