So, the Ford Focus RS. Yeah, we all wanted one. They’re hard to get of course and the newest version will be even more hard to get and make the car pretty rare overall since Ford has chosen to discontinue the car after next year’s model. It is a sad day for sure. But there is a silver lining…

That new version is the 2018 Focus RS Limited Edition. It will come in “Race Red” and “Nitrous Blue”, a black roof, a rear wing and a huge upgrade in the Quaife mechanical limited-slip differential for the front wheels! This should be a great improvement for traction and handling while accelerating according to Ford. It will also assist in corner exist speed which is a big thing. Other upgrades include an interior RS2 package that has a voice activated navigation, heated steering wheel, 8 power-adjustable Recaro seats wrapped in microfiber and leather along with carbon fiber trim for the gauge cluster, handbrake and door handles.

Ford says that only 1,000 Focus RS cars will be sold in America and another 500 in Canada so you should expect to pay a hefty premium to get into this car once it hits the dealer. Check out the video below for more detail and a look at this new RS.
