When it comes to unexpected information, Tesla CEO Elon Musk it the premier source. The eccentric executive hinted various information about Tesla's electric pickup truck.

It began with the Model Y's webcast, where Musk explains that the image to appear at the end for a moment was of the "Tesla cyberpunk truck" while music from Blade Runner played.

Mostly shrouded in darkness, the image appears to show the truck bed, or perhaps even the front hood. It has one long, blue strip of light along the edge, with the Tesla logo right above it. Shortly after, Musk tweeted out further details about the vehicle.

"The Tesla Truck will have dual motor all-wheel drive w crazy torque & a suspension that dynamically adjusts for load. Those will be standard.
. . .
Pickup truck will have power outlets allowing use of heavy duty 240V, high power tools in field all day. No generator needed."

Tesla had previously stated that the electric pickup will debut right after the Model Y SUV, which was unveiled last Thursday. So right around now is the appropriate time for a reveal. Expect something soon.
