Unfortunate news had befallen the residents of Dallas Texas back in April, when a drive-by shooting took place a little after 11 pm on April 20th. Miguel Sotelo-Trujillo was a 22-year-old man spectating a late night street race when the assailant shot into the onlookers.

Police arrived at the 4800 block of Leston Avenue, near Regal Row and Irving Boulevard shortly after the event. They had found Miguel suffering from a gunshot wound, and quickly rushed him to the hospital. Unfortunately, he would later pass away from his injuries.

Why mention this now? Yesterday the local police made the announcement that they have arrested the shooter, Alex Thomas Delrio, last week. He is currently being held at the Dallas County Jail being charged with murder. His bail has been set to $300,000 so he will most likely be there a while.
